Introduction
We all know physical reality. We can see it, touch it, and it has been studied for a long time. However, for the past two centuries, we have forgotten the other half of reality.
For as long as we know, all the ethnic groups on our planet have had knowledge of ghosts, spirits, and deities. There are people dedicated to managing this immaterial dimension: shamans, druids, and sorcerers. The vocabulary, forms, and myths vary, but they all roughly describe the same thing. Today, the knowledge of this part of reality is well documented, and quantum physics is beginning to touch upon it.
The Subtle Planes

Our physical dimension coexists with several subtle dimensions that are more or less close to us. There are four: etheric, astral, mental, and spiritual. The etheric dimension merges with the physical plane. It contains the energetic body corresponding to our physical body; it is their subtle counterpart.
The astral dimension is close to us, meaning it easily interacts with the material world. In this dimension, thoughts and emotions have a persistent reality and resemble small clouds that cling to matter and living beings, disturbing them. These small clouds can clump together by affinity to form an autonomous aggregate called an egregore. These egregores are comparable to dust; they accumulate and eventually disturb living beings.
The astral dimension also contains a whole fauna of creatures, just like nature. Some of these beings are perfectly neutral and do not interact with the living. Others are like ticks and come to parasitize the living. One also finds the deceased who have not moved on to the afterlife.
The mental dimension is farther away. Made up of different planes, it is where the deceased go. It is commonly called the afterlife.
Finally, the spiritual dimension is a high plane where beings of light exist. There are other dimensions beyond the mental plane and below the astral plane, but they do not concern us, the incarnate beings.
Interactions
All these dimensions are interconnected and influence each other based on their proximity. Thus, a disease will appear on the etheric plane, and an argument will leave pollution in the astral dimension. Similarly, beautiful music can cleanse the astral dimension of low energy.
But what is this energy, this substance that exists in all these dimensions?
It is what is inherent to existence and life. Subtle energy is what constitutes all beings (living or not). It emanates from them and nourishes them. This energy, inherently beneficial, is the expression of love. It has a vibration and is also called light. Low or dark, it harms. High or bright, it helps. But above all, this energy can be manipulated. Due to its immaterial nature, it is difficult to act on it physically. Only intention directs it, and will gives it its strength.
However, beware of the subconscious! Our conscious intention can be influenced by beliefs or fears hidden in our subconscious. This is why it is crucial to work on oneself to cleanse the mind and properly direct one’s will.
It is then possible to call upon the beautiful energies of the spiritual plane. Prayer, for example, if sincere and free from any superstition, has incredible power, as it calls upon the very powerful divine light and brings it down to the etheric plane. However, this does not mean that anything is possible. Modifying reality encounters the unconscious beliefs of people and, above all, their destiny.
